The Mineola Chamber of Commerce and the Incorporated Village of Mineola Co-sponsor the Mineola Fair each year. This Fair gives the entire community a day to come together as one, sharing and exposing different businesses to the community. The Fair attracts thousands of visitors and joins together businesses, non-profit organizations, craft vendors, political organizations, schools and ethnic organizations for a wonderful
day filled with non-stop entertainment, rides, games and food.
We invite you to be a part of this extraordinary day by taking a table and promoting your business or organization to the community. We also offer several levels of corporate sponsorships. For $500.00 your business/organization can sponsor one of our four rides that attract all the families that attend with there children, your corporate logo and banner will be prominently displayed at that ride and on main stage as well as receiving constant recognition thru-out the day from the stage and a free table to promote your business. For $250.00 your business/organization can become a Mineola Fair Sponsor which entitles you to a free table as well as constant recognition thru-out the day from the stage
Table space is 3’x 8’ for businesses and non-profit organizations; craft venders have a 10’x12’ space and supply there own tent/table. There are a very limited number of spaces with electric access, if you require electric please arrange in advance with Steve Ford (516-746-3944).Set up time is at 9:00am Memorial Park is located on Marcellus Ave in Mineola behind the Mineola Library.
